I used to be very fit (I played
handball, did gymnastics and also Crossfit) but when I started my own
business I had to put my work first for a year. This meant I gained 13kg
(almost 29lbs). After I realised how much I had let myself go and how
self-conscious and unhappy I was, I decided to make a change.
